Project References

Here are projects CYPRESS GROUP has completed across different sectors and locations, including Taiwan, China, Indonesia, and other countries. They cover water treatment, wastewater treatment, water recycling, and waste management systems, each matched to the needs and characteristics of the project. Together they show our track record in effective, efficient, and sustainable water and environmental solutions.

  • A proven track record in real industrial projects.
  • Deep technical expertise in wastewater treatment and water recycling for advanced industrial processes.
  • We can train local engineering companies to specify and install systems correctly.
  • We know when to recommend a system. Our approach puts long-term trust with clients first.
  • We recommend systems that are cost-effective, easy to operate, and stable over the long term.
  • We deliver both conventional and non-conventional (advanced technology) solutions.

Shanghai Xinjin Semiconductor WWTP Expansion

Owner: Chinese Academy of Sciences (national institution)

  • Designed by the 9th Design Institute of Nation.
  • After more than one year of commissioning, fluoride ion levels still did not meet the discharge standard.
  • The expansion was carried out in 2004. The client could only provide land for a wastewater holding tank.
  • Fluoride wastewater treatment capacity was expanded from 5 CMH to 20 CMH.
  • Acid-alkali wastewater treatment of 50 CMH (including ammonia).

Suzhou Rongqing Waste Acid Recycling

Aluminium-magnesium alloy industry

  • Sulfuric acid waste capacity of 9 m³ per day at about 20% concentration.
  • Recovered acid is returned to the oxidation tank.

Savings

  • Wastewater treatment costs: alkali, sludge disposal, and wastewater processing.
  • Cost of buying new sulfuric acid.
  • The oxidation tank no longer needs cleaning twice a week.
