Basic Assumptions:

  • PAC solution 10%,
  • PAC dissolving tank: 1m3
  • PAC dosage range in wastewater: 100~400ppm
  • Waste water flow rate: 5m/hr

How to prepare 10% PAC solution in 1 m3 tank?

  1. fill 600L water into 1 m3 tank
  2. Add 10kg PAC into 1 m3 tank
  3. fill water to 1 m3 water level. Mixing at least 30 minutes
  4. What is flow rate of 10% PAC into 5m/hr waste water at 200 ppm dosage 5m/hrx200ppm/10%=1 L/hr as 10% PAC solution
